Perfectly situated in a quiet location on the edge of the historic Barbican harbour area, we are just a short stroll to many excellent restaurants and bars, as well as the sea-front and the city centre.

All our rooms are nicely decorated with their own private shower and toilet facilities. They all have flat screen TV/DVDs, as well as complimentary tea & coffee, plus lovely fluffy towels. We also provide FREE internet access and FREE national and international telephone calls - bargain!

or here on business, a warm welcome awaits you. Situated in a quiet road on the edge of the Barbican waterfront area, we are just a couple of minutes from many excellent cafes, bars and restaurants.
A short 10 minute stroll will take you into the city centre where you can shop till you drop in the many well known high street outlets. Alternatively, the West End offers a host of interesting independent retailers, as well as a traditional indoor market.
If you haven't been to Plymouth before you will find that it has so much to offer; the Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away and there are many excellent beaches nearby - after all, Plymouth is the gateway to Cornwall.
